Pages in docs/content/ai/concepts/neural-networks/terms including backpropagation.md, activation-function.md, binary-activation-function.md, sigmoid-activation-function.md should include references to the Vanishing Gradient Problem, and the documentation should include pages outlining when/where it occurs, how to fix it, and common occurrences.

The page should be vanishing-gradient.md in docs/content/ai/concepts/neural-networks/terms/vanishing-gradient.
Should include a working code segment that demonstrates the problem and a potential solution.
