vue3 admin cli and typescript project generator

First, install Yeoman and generator-vue3-admin-cli using npm (we assume you have pre-installed node.js).

npm install -g yo
npm install -g generator-vue3-admin-cli

Then generate your new project:

yo vue3-admin-cli
