A developper that worked for me on my mobile app saved the code on his github.
He was always paid for it.
Then after some time working on this project, i noticed that he deleted and created a new github saving the code on his new github in private.

Two problems :

• I dont have the code that belongs to my company and he doesnt want to give it to me back. Does someone know if we can retrieve the code from an APK ?
• He is blackmailing me by asking money and threatening me that he will sell it to a third party.
