When performing a query for a repository's refs and using the query argument, then it seems like the maximum number of returned results is 100.

Query (for octokit.graphql.paginate()):

    repository(owner: $owner name: $repo) {
      refs(refPrefix: "refs/heads/" query: "pr" first: 100 after: $cursor) {
        nodes {
          name
          id
        }
        pageInfo {
          hasNextPage
          endCursor
        }
      }
    }
  }

With this query I always only get back 100 entries.
At first I thought I did something wrong with octokit's paginate plugin, but eventually I realized that when reduzing the "page size" (first:) to 10 I also get 100 entries.

That limit might even be reasonable (although I might argue that it is quite low), it should be at least documented with the GraphQL API documentation, for all the query arguments where it applies.
