What does this PR do?
Per request in huggingface/accelerate#2716, this PR introduces a passthrough
Trainer.free_memoryfunction.Now, since most of the refs are built inside the
Trainerthe user really only needs to include/pass through amodelrather than needing everything elseSecondary fix to #28178
