I am currently configuring various dashboards. The problem is however that no matter how I arrange my widgets, it is almost impossible to get a decent view for all the available screen sizes out there.

My suggestion is to add away to constrain the dashboard size, either as a whole, or per layout (main and right). There should be a setting, for the maximum allowed width of a dashboard. If the screen is even more wide than this, then the dashboard is constrained, and the rest of the screen (to the right) is left blank.

To make this configuration more complete, I believe there should be a setting for the proportions of the screen that the layouts use. Now main and right are divided 50-50. This could be adjustable. Or even resizable with dragging with the mouse between them.

Finally, a minimum width may be useful for the dashboards, since mobiles may try to reduce the width so much, that some widgets get unreadable.

This may be valid request, but I suggest to try auto-fill width and height in the layout settings. It should do the magic.

I do not see any auto-fill width. It seems however that it is always enabled.

This is exactly my case, in some ultra-wide screens the layout tries to auto-fill the screen width, and all my widgets get very very stretched. What I need is to constrain that maximum width of the layout.

Auto-fill height does not help me.

Generally as it is implemented now, the dashboard is displayed correctly only on the screen I design it for. For everything else there is a serious possibility to get distorted and very ugly.

@ashvayka This shouldn't be very hard to fix, should I expect it any time soon?

Would there be an option to disable the "Auto-fill width" feature? It's enabled all the time and there is no where to disable it. This made all dashboards displayed differently on different screen size. What I would like to achieve is to make dashboard layout consistent on every screen without auto-full/adjust/scale feature. Would that make sense to consider this feature request?

any news about this?
every time the window resize a little, or the screen resolution changes, the layout change and the majority of widgets hide thier values, labels, ad so on...
it's very annoying.

any news about this?
It needs a better responsive design for various screen resolutions.
