Jenelle Evans is posting videos showing her teenage son Jace back home after the surprising end of a CPS investigation into her and her husband, David Eason.
And while David is still facing felony charges for his alleged attack on the 14-year-old back in September of last year, it seems the teenager is at least back with his brother Kaiser, 9, and sister Ensley, 6. On Sunday evening, the MTV alum took to TikTok to prove it definitively with a new four-minute-long video that showed the whole gang eating ramen together.

The video is mostly a review of the ramen, including a hilarious part where both Kaiser and Jace try the spiciest flavors and end up immediately throwing ’em out. Oops! Maybe not ideal for a #sponcon type of post. Regardless, Jenelle apparently really needs the cash…
But the real news is Jace’s presence in the video at all! The teen can be seen throughout the video, both eating the ramen and judging its taste as well as sitting with little sis Ensley as she hugs his arm and holds him close. One other note, too: 35-year-old David doesn’t appear anywhere in the video. Probably a good thing, TBH.

Over on Reddit, fans who saw the video weren’t so happy with Jace’s presence in it, though. Even with David not around as we mentioned up top (or at least not within camera shot), they assumed Jace being in the same house with him and being a focal point on social media after going through so much emotional and physical upheaval recently might be too much for the teen. In a series of reactions, Reddit users slammed Jenelle:
“WHY DOES HE HAVE A CAMERA IN HIS FACE?”
“Janelle [sic], your son needs help and support. Keep him off social media!”
“She is hurting that boy and continues to exploit him.”
“Hasn’t he been through enough, she can’t just enjoy the time with him?”
“I wish she would stop posting Jace. He’s obviously having issues and her focus should be on creating a supportive environment to help him, not exploiting him for content.”
“I thought her biggest concern was Jace’s mental health. Sharing him all over social media is not the way to be concerned about his mental health.”
“I don’t know how she doesn’t get it. She isn’t posting him because she cares so much, she post him so she can say, ‘See, I’m a good mom and I’ll show you.'”
