These people are terrible! My items were sent to the wrong address! I called and tried to get it situated and they had no answer as to a resolution and therefore I’m left without my order or a refund! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! Don’t waste your money or your time on these people!!! And not to mention it took over a month for them to even send it!!!

I've used sephora's online service twice now - never again. First time my order took more than a week to arrive. The second time I've used them my first attempt to place my order failed - it crashed when I pressed 'place order'. I placed a second successful order. However, I have been charged twice. Sephora simply state that the first 'order', despite me providing evidence of being charged for it 'does not exist' and I am struggling to get my money back. In addition, the successful order which I paid for next day delivery, hasn't even made it to the courier despite being placed 2 days ago. I am currently down nearly £200 and don't even have my products. Terrible company - avoid. Back to LF for me.
