Easy to deal with, delivery was fast and slick and price was ok. Product was advertised as refurbished-good. But Battery was completely dead (Macbook air) so I had to buy a new battery. When fitting the new battery it was clear from the dust inside the Macbook that it hadn't been opened or cleaned which makes me question what they actually do when refurbishing-so worth baring that in mind. Despite this, I now have a functioning Macbook with a new battery for around £250 which i'm happy with.

**Edit** Have managed to get a satisfactory reply for now on Facebook Messenger. They will refund when I send the controller back & sent free postage label. Dropped one star as not happy I had to pay postage on first return, but will update again when its all fully sorted & I have refund.

Item became faulty under 1 year warranty & had to return (At my own cost £5.02 to cover it) They sent a replacement that had a worse fault than the original, Have tried contact on Phone/ email with no luck. Sent message on Facebook & received a generic copy/paste response which did not help, telling me to create a return but no option for a refund of item just another replacement which I don't want as I have had to buy another from elsewhere now for my Grandson. Shocking that you can't speak with anyone. Do not recommend & will not use again. Can someone please contact me to resolve this please ?

Clearly states next day delivery if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. Ordered items at 7am and was delivered till the Monday. When spoke to someone they said if ordered in Friday it would be Monday. So why state Monday to Friday not Monday to Thursday. Was not even offered refund on next day that I payed for

AVOID! Disgusting company, i bought a microsoft surface pro and an xbox series x which were both sold to me in faulty condition! They refused to issue a refund to me which then left me £980 down and two faulty items absolutely furious

Very bad company, I ordered a mobile phone from them since 19th January and unfortunately the DPD driver delivered my parcel else where, StockMustGo informed me that they will investigate with DPD. This investigation was concluded on DPDs end as I spoke to them and they informed me stockmustgo will receive money from them in order to refund me. However even now I am still yet to get my refund from stockmustgo meaning they have stole my refund money. I have tried to contact them numerous times and I kept getting told that the order is being investigated by police etc. but it is blatant they have stole my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Laptop was competitively priced, received quickly, very well packaged and in a condition as described. So far it works as expected and we were able to upgrade to windows 11. Unexpectedly I found 8 word documents which appeared to be written by a student, quickly deleted so no issues. Overall very pleased.

I wanted a specific monitor to match the one I already have . Tried eBay but nothing suitable or too far away to pick up. Stumbled across stock must go and they had a special Easter promotion so picked up a bargain . Post was £2.99 for 1-3 day delivery. Ordered Monday , and DPD were clever enough to deliver to my local shop as I am normally at work . Monitor arrived very well packed with mains and hdmi leads and works and is in perfect condition . Will use stock must go again

Try to avoid buying from them. I paid over £1,200 for the iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB and only got the accessories bundle without the phone. For more than a month I keep trying to talk to them and absolutely nothing is resolved. They don't care or try to fix the problem. I am disgusted by the whole situation and lost money so easily…

Ordered a renewed iPhone 14 Pro Max 256 GB -excellent grade yesterday and it was delivered today in less than 24 hours. The phone is in good condition and has 98% battery capacity which is great. The package had charging adapter, charging cable a giffgaff SIM card.
