Spam Policy

Neither JWS Americas S.à r.l. nor JWS International S.à r.l. send spam. We never send any kind of promotional messages and/or bulk email messages to our customers. Customers are only contacted on the email address provided during the registration procedure and on the email address provided voluntarily when contacting us.

Note, that receipt emails and/or messages referring to transactions attempted/executed on our websites are NOT considered spam, since they are meant to confirm the status of the transaction for the customers.

Email messages sent by us are to be considered as business correspondence intended to inform customers of service, billing and/or business related issues.

To comply with US Federal Law CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, California State Law SB186, furthermore Directives 2000/31/EC and 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, our companies introduced a strict no-spam policy.

  • What is considered spam?

Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including "junk mail", which has not been requested by the recipient. Spam messages are the opposite of permission-based email, which are normally anticipated, personal, relevant and/or associated with a pre-existing or current business or personal relationship. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups, are also considered to be spam.

  • Where should I report spam?

If you believe that you have received spam through https://www.jwsbill.com or from any of the websites operated by us, please send a complaint from your email account along with the unsolicited email to help@jwsbill.com. Please provide all the necessary information that could help us investigating the issue.

Any kind of changes of this policy will be indicated at the website at the top of the page, showing the date of the last update.
