I want to download the artifact of the latest action. Therefore, I succeed in getting the latest run with /repos/%s/%s/actions/workflows/%s/runs . However, when I try to download the latest action with /repos/{owner}/{repo}/actions/artifacts/{artifact_id}/{archive_format}, GitHub throws a permission denied error. I try to use curl instead but I fail as well. It is a bug?
