Operational: Device is functioning normally. (Operational as well in case where user explicitly deactivated cloudlink)
Reduced Functionality: Heartbeat not working as expected or CloudLink not connected and it was not intentionally deactivated.
Updating: Generic status encompassing updates to OS, App, or Config.
Failed: Updates to OS, App, or Config have failed.
Inactive: Device has been deactivated.
Disconnected: Device is not operational.
post-provisioning: Device requires some user input before moving to another state.
