馃悶 Problem

The links to join the Slack team are all expired. (Broken links are found in the following README's: main page, GitHub Desktop, Visual Studio 2017, GitKraken, Visual Studio Code, Atlassian, Sourcetree, and IntelliJ IDEA.)

馃幆 Goal

Allow new contributors to join the Slack team.

Update link.
