Is this issue related to iced?

• My hardware is compatible and my graphics drivers are up-to-date.

What happened?

I used test shaping Advanced, to show some latin characters, and while it does work for some of them, on certain ones its broken.
Characters Ć Č Š Ž, when using these characters the diacritic (small thing above letter) is shown on the top of next letter

What is the expected behavior?

Diacritic should be correctly positoned
