Add a ""potential patch" commit apache/struts@74e2683, of which the commit message claims Adds additional pattern to prevent access to getClass method, this commit tried to fix CVE-2014-0112 and CVE-2014-0113, as the previous pr I opened. As described in the CVE desc of CVE-2014-0116, this commit would provide some insights for this vuln, even though it may be not a valid patch commit for this cve.

Hi @MarkLee131, similar to #4239 and #4240, apache/struts@74e2683 was committed on 10 January 2016 and GHSA-prjv-jj26-wf8h was patched in 2014. This makes apache/struts@74e2683 too new to be the fix commit.
